We would like to hear from anyone living in France who has a family member employed by an offshore company. For example, we know there are cross channel ferry companies not registered in France or UK, who employ mariners who do not pay NI to UK and do not have contributions to a French health caisse deducted at source.
We would like to understand more about how you receive health care in France - some of you have affiliated to CMU in the past, declaring taxable income, but we know of at least one person now experiencing difficulties with this.
It would be helpful to understand whether CPAM are still accepting others as legitimately affiliating to CMU. If you can help, please contact us.
